STRENGTH & TONE

SCULPT

A whole body conditioning class which targets all the main muscle groups in the lower body, core and upper body. This is perfect if you want to tone up, tighten muscles and increase overall strength and flexibility.

In addition to body weight exercises it incorporates exercises which use various pieces of equipment such as step decks, free weights and resistance bands and rings. Perfect to supplement cardio classes or great if you’re looking for minimal impact whilst still working up a sweat.

BODY BARRE

A one-hour class program of ballet, pilates, strength and flexibility training using a ballet barre. This total body conditioning technique has been intertwined to create an intense workout, guaranteed to transform and sculpt your entire body.

 

The classes are choreographed to the hottest music in a fun, supportive and high-energy environment. Open to all levels.

PUMP'D

Pump'd is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, you get a total body workout.

 

You will be guided through moves and techniques with plenty of encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

KETTLEBELLS

Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance.

 

This is the ultimate way to build muscle tone and drop fat.

TRX

Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

ABS BLAST

A fun packed 30 minutes designed to tone, build and strengthen the abdominal muscles.

Abs Blast uses various skills and techniques to target the core muscles; including floor routines, full body stretches and fast-paced exercises.
