THE JUNGLE BODY

HYPE have three great programs from The Jungle Body:

KONGA: dance, boxing, cardio, toning.

BURN: full body dumbbell workout.

 

VYPA: HIIT and boxing.

BOOGIE BOUNCE

BBX (Boogie Bounce Xtreme) is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline with a safety bar. Routines are choreographed to chart topping, inspiring music!

 

BBX Revolution incorporates the mini trampoline into a circuit based HIIT class, perfect if you want to shred the pounds!

ADULT

BALLET

This is a fun and informal class for adults who are looking to learn the basics of ballet. The class will build your confidence and co-ordination in a relaxed and informative way.

Perfect for absolute beginners or those with some dance experience who wish to re-visit the basics again and rebuild fitness levels, technique and confidence.

No uniform requirements - leggings, vest tops, t-shirts if you feel comfortable. Ballet shoes preferable but not necessary.

TOTALLY SHREDDED

An equipment-free Combat inspired, HIIT class to Drum & Bass music which incorporates Punching, Kicking, Cardio and Conditioning Drills.

 

The workout also includes partner based plyometric drills and abs, butt and core conditioning for a total body workout.

STEP

FITNESS

Step your way to a toned body with this fun, cardiovascular workout to some great music with choreographed routines. YOU control your intensity level!

Bokwa® Step & Up is an innovative approach to traditional step aerobics. In Bokwa, YOU draw letters and numbers with their feet while moving together to popular music, with a Kwaito (South African street dance) twist. As you progress through each of the Bokwa® Step & Up movements, the letters, numbers

HOUSE

HIIT House is an aerobic and HIIT choreographed class to the best House Music. It utilises standard exercises and combinations of exercises to create an easy to follow routine that anyone can do. This is another awesome creation of Dean Heitman (Totally Shredded/DnB workout).

ZUMBA

Zumba® Fitness is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that blends red-hot international music, and contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive.
