A flexibility training class and is suitable for everybody no matter if you can't yet touch your toes or are working towards a over split! Splits and back flexibility make a great party trick and can really help you in other areas of your fitness regime.

Hatha Yoga



Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.

This class is perfect if you're looking to tone up, improve strength, posture and flexibility, whilst calming your mind and getting a sweat on at the same time!
