We offer regular slots on our schedule where you can book in to use the studios for your own training! All sessions must be booked in advance using the booking screen below so that we can have a member of staff on site to assist you. Check the schedule to see available days and times. You will need to adhere to and sign our studio rules before use.

STUDIO 1: Ideal for any Pole, Aerial and Yoga/Pilates training. We have several aerial hoops, silks, hammocks, trapeze, poles, a flying pole, pole silks, mats, blocks, straps and resistance bands, a barre, music system (and even a giant unicorn called Dave)

STUDIO 2: Perfect for general fitness and cardio. Air conditioned and with a booming sound system, you can use our TRX, kettlebells, bosu, bulgarian bags, battle ropes, kettlebells, step decks and more!
