HYPE fitness was created in 2010 to bring fun, unique and affordable workouts to everyone, no matter whether you're coming in to our boutique studios in Sutton, SW London or training with us online.

I hadn't exercised in so long and I decided to try out a class here recently and I just LOVE it! The staff are very friendly, the classes are fun and a really good workout. So far I've tried the BBX trampoline class and Clubbercise class and I had so much fun! I would recommend HYPE Fitness to anyone and everyone. I've already signed up for classes for the next 2 weeks. 5 stars!!

I joined about three weeks ago after going to the meditation class and liking the look of the classes. Being a gym hater & being pretty unfit I was nervous about getting stuck in and keeping to a schedule but everyone has made me feel so welcome and been so encouraging. I've tried several of the classes this week and have loved every single one! As someone who is extremely unfit, all the trainers work to your own level and help you along. I had my first aerial hoop class today and it was so fun!
