We don't believe in a hard sell, and as we only accept 15 people onto the challenge at a time, we want to make sure that it's going to be the right program for you first. My favourite part of the challenge were the body transformation group training sessions. They give you that personal help and support to achieve your goal. The classes were very varied and fun, which motivated me to want to attend the sessions.​

 

My overall goal was to become motivated again and physically fit, along side this I wanted to loose weight. By the end of the 6 weeks I was able to achieve both these goals.

 

The challenge is worth every penny. As long as you are ready to be accountable this is definitely the challenge for you.
