We offer an array of unique classes like Bungee Fitness, Aerial, and Pole Dance that go beyond traditional gym routines. Our journey started with a single vision when founded by Hannah Al-Khaldi in 2010 and has grown into a vibrant community led by a passionate team of expert instructors. From opening our first studio in Sutton, SW London in 2014, to expanding into a larger facility just two years later, we've always aimed to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels like family. Our innovative AcroBeats Bungee Fitness launched in 2018 and was met with incredible enthusiasm.

 

We've even been recognised as one of the best boutique fitness facilities in 2022 in the National Fitness Awards! Our qualifications speak for themselves: Level 3 Pre & Post Natal, Menopause Coach, and certifications in various aerial disciplines ensure you're in capable hands.
