About the Event
A whole body conditioning class which targets all the main muscle groups in the lower body, core and upper body. This is perfect if you want to tone up, tighten muscles and increase overall strength and flexibility.
In addition to body weight exercises it incorporates exercises which use various pieces of equipment such as step decks, free weights and resistance bands and rings. Perfect to supplement cardio classes or great if you’re looking for minimal impact whilst still working up a sweat.
By participating in this class, you are fit and well with no medical conditions. If you have any injuries or medical conditions, you must seek the advice and approval of a qualified health professional before completing this class.
